Review by hotel critic
As a culinary critic deeply immersed in Japan's rich gastronomic heritage, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Resol Trinity Kyoto during a city break. Situated in the heart of Kyoto, the hotel's prime location offered easy access to iconic landmarks and hidden gems alike. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk, who ensured a seamless check-in process. the cozy ambiance of the lobby, adorned with a small infinity pool and lush plants, set the tone for a relaxing stay. The room, though on the smaller side, was thoughtfully designed with a laptop-friendly workspace and all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. the private bathroom, equipped with a shower and a deep soaking bathtub, provided a welcome retreat after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the diverse breakfast options available at Blue Books Cafe, where guests could indulge in a buffet spread or order from the à la carte menu. the culinary experience extended to the onsite restaurant, where I enjoyed a satisfying meal featuring a fusion of flavors that truly impressed my taste buds. For those looking to unwind, the hotel's spa & wellness center offered a rejuvenating escape, while the garden and bar provided tranquil spaces to relax and socialize. In conclusion, Hotel Resol Trinity Kyoto exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service, convenient location, and attention to detail. Whether traveling solo, with family, or friends, this hotel is a hidden gem in Kyoto that I look forward to revisiting on my next culinary adventure.
